These terms apply to this website and to orders placed with Noodle Box, Tamba Bowl, St. Peter, Jersey. By using this website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Noodle Box is a Thai takeaway trading at Tamba Bowl, St. Peter, Jersey, Channel Islands. Contact: 01534 490222.

2. The website

• This website is provided for general information about our menu, prices, opening hours and how to order.
• We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but menu items, prices and availability may change without notice.
• The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

3. Orders

• Orders are placed by telephone on 01534 490222. This website does not process orders or payments online.
• A contract is formed when we confirm your order over the phone.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or details cannot be confirmed).
• We offer collection and Al Fresco service at Tamba Bowl, St. Peter. We are open 7 days a week, 5PM – 9.30PM.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable Jersey GST where chargeable.
• Prices on the website may differ from time to time; the price confirmed at the time of ordering applies.
• Payment is taken in accordance with the method agreed at the time of order.

7. Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of Jersey.
• Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
• We are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control (for example supply shortages, equipment failure, weather or events beyond our control).
• Subject to the first bullet of this section, our total liability arising from any order is limited to an amount up to the price paid for that order.
